日前，愛卡汽車獲悉，Stellantis集團於(yu) 歐洲中部時間2021年1月17日下午召開了第一次董事會(hui) ，並正式任命了董事會(hui) 成員。與(yu) 此同時，Stellantis公司章程正式生效。

　　如此前所公布，Stellantis集團的董事會(hui) 由11位成員組成。其中，Stellantis集團董事長約翰·艾爾坎（John Elkann）及Stellantis集團首席執行官唐唯實（Carlos Tavares）擔任執行董事，另外9位成員擔任非執行董事，他們(men) 分別是：羅伯特·（Robert Peugeot）、Henri de Castries、Andrea Agnelli、Fiona Clare Cicconi、Nicolas Dufourcq、Ann Frances Godbehere、Wan Ling Martello、Jacques de Saint-Exupéry、Kevin Scott。其中，羅伯特·標致擔任副董事長，Henri de Castries擔任高級獨立董事。

　　此外，Stellantis集團董事會(hui) 於(yu) 當天還任命了其審計委員會(hui) 、薪酬委員會(hui) 及治理和可持續發展委員會(hui) 的成員名單。審計委員會(hui) 成員：Ann Godbehere (主席)、Wan Ling Martello、Henri De Castries；薪酬委員會(hui) 成員：Wan Ling Martello (主席)、Andrea Agnelli、Henri De Castries、Fiona Ciccon、Robert Peugeot；治理和可持續發展委員會(hui) 成員：Henri De Castries (主席)、Andrea Agnelli、Fiona Cicconi、Nicolas Dufourcq、Kevin Scott。
